By creating a StayQR account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use StayQR.

Your Account

You are responsible for the information you provide and the content you publish on your guest-facing guides. Keep your login credentials secure.

Acceptable Use

Don't publish content that is illegal, misleading, or infringes on others' rights.
Don't use StayQR to harass, defraud, or harm guests or other hosts.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time. Detailed billing terms will be presented at checkout.

Disclaimer

StayQR is provided "as is." We work to keep the service reliable but make no warranties about availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll post the new "Last updated" date at the top, and notify hosts of material changes by email.
